It has just been announced (finally) that It will be premiering on april 25 on adult swim/cartoon network at 12:00am-1:30am so technically the night of the 24th

They've shown a bootleg clip from comic con 08 that has duke and roadblock running through the jungle being shot at by cobra's with actual guns and no cheesy lasers they get pinned down and snake eyes comes out of no where and kills all the cobra pretty violently even twisting his sword in one guys spine so yeah its definitley more aimed at adults

As a child i loved the cartoon and hopefully i will love this show!  (never read a comic about the real american hero but hopefully i will still be able to watch this show) |

This will start on april the 17th as 10 min clips on adultswim.com one a day culminating in all of them being shown in a 60 minute movie on adultswim tv

its a real sham that they arnt makeing tv show, maybe if the movie did well they might think roll with a tv show.

Thats what Im hoping Its really irritating because ever since the clip premiered in 08 theyve been leading fans to think this would be a normal ongoing series but with the movie coming out hopefully we'll get a decent series out of the deal

If the movie is sucsessful I doubt THIS is what they'll continue since this is clearly a difrent demographic then the film. which seems to be all big explosions and such. Where this is written by Warren Ellis so you know it's going to be smart.

I watched the first two episodes and I really enjoyed it....I really want a Snake Eyes figure from this series!
