"Donnie Brasco, Starring Johnny Depp and Al Pachino"
I love this movie. I think "Funny Games" should be on this list too. Too many people dismiss this as senseless violence or too disturbing to be considered entertain. Even I thought that as I watched it, but when it was over, I couldn't help notice how brilliant it was. It knows exactly when to not go too far, when to break tension and it succeeds in resonating in your head after it's over. Anyone disappointed or convinced that horror movies have run dry should watch this immediately. Another severely underrated movie is "Before Sunrise". For a concept so simple (I'm not going to spoil it for you, but it's marvelously handled), it has probably the most convincing relationship ever put to screen. Finally "Ghost World". Simply put, this is the ultimate cult classic for fans of comics and fascinating characters. Also, I agree with Eric that "Fight Club" is underrated because it isn't number one. Thats preposterous!!

Shooter. I loved it and it's got pretty much no like or mention at all. Plus, it was Whalberg (A favorite actor of mine) in his best role asides from Departed.
Fight Club made me want to make films, so I think it's almost the best film of all time, unlike others.
